Plans to expand the popular Great Lakes Forever Photo Contest in 2009 grew exponentially with a recent award from longtime supporter, Budweiser. Now in a third year of partnership on the photo contest, Biodiversity Project and Budweiser will continue to raise awareness of Great Lakes issues through the contest. In 2008, the contest received more than 300 entries from photographers in 10 states and provinces. Increased media coverage and advertising for the 2009 photo contest aims to attract more artists eager to share their unique vision and experience of the Lakes.
